Is this just consulting?

Consulting is a decision document. Implementation is a working system with measured outcomes. We do both, but we’re hired because most AI engagements stop at the decision document. Our scope runs from assessment through deployment, governance, and post-launch measurement.

Do you bring tools, or work with ours?

Yours, almost always. We work across AI-enabled SaaS tools, automation platforms, and agentic workflows, whatever your stack supports. We’re overlay, not replacement; your licences, your systems of record, your data boundaries.

How is this different from a systems integrator?

Integrators move capabilities into your environment. We also handle the layer most SIs aren’t built for: use-case selection, change management, adoption reporting, KPI design, and the operating-model work that makes AI stick after launch.

What about governance and privacy?

What is Token Economics?

Token Economics is the broad concern of how AI token consumption shapes operating cost and operating capacity. It has earlier circulation in crypto and Web3 and is now spreading into AI operations conversations. Initrode focuses on a specific lens within it: treating token consumption as an availability risk class. When a team reduces headcount, adopts an AI-assisted tool like Claude Code, and hits its weekly token cap mid-sprint, work stops.
