Three ways to work with us. Each one has a contract that already looks familiar.
We work with MSPs through three distinct motions: Sourced Delivery, Parallel Delivery, and Channel Referral. Each motion has a clear customer of record, a known contract shape, and economics modeled on programs you have already seen. You pick the motion that fits the engagement. We do not mix motions inside a single contract.

The demand shows up in every customer conversation. AI-capable MSPs win new work; those without the capability lose it. Building the layer from scratch (evaluation discipline, workflow orchestration, KPI design, safe-automation patterns) is a multi-year R&D project most MSPs cannot absorb mid-flight.
The partner program exists to give MSPs a predictable way to participate in AI delivery without building the capability layer themselves, and to give us a staffing and distribution reach we would not build alone.
One motion per engagement. Pick the one that matches the deal.
We sell the service to the end customer. You provide the scaled human staffing layer under our prime engagement. Initrode is customer of record; the MSP is subcontracted. Cost-plus economics per ticket, per seat, or per seat-month.

The customer keeps their existing MSP and also engages us directly for AI services. Two independent contracts with the same customer. We coordinate on demarcation and handoffs without any financial relationship between the vendors.

You introduce a prospect you do not otherwise serve. If they become an Initrode customer, you earn a commission on first-year revenue. Modeled directly on HubSpot’s Solutions Provider program.

Most partners start in one motion and add others over time.
The typical path starts with Channel Referral: an MSP introduces a prospect, we close the work, commission pays on first-year revenue. Hands-off during delivery, predictable upside on the introduction.
Partners with scaled human delivery capacity we need (currently: helpdesk L1 and L2 staffing) graduate to Sourced Delivery: better unit economics than one-off referrals, deeper operational relationship, and regular recurring work under prime-subcontractor contracts.
Where the MSP already holds the customer relationship and wants to keep it, we run Parallel Delivery alongside: two vendors, two contracts, coordinated scope. No financial relationship between the firms.
Partners are not required to progress. A Channel Referral partner can stay Channel Referral indefinitely. The path exists to give ambitious partners an upside beyond referral fees without forcing the relationship.
Not every MSP is a fit.
The program is selective. For Sourced Delivery we look for MSPs with an active helpdesk practice, 24/7 L1 and L2 capacity, operational discipline to back SLAs with data, and willingness to operate under Initrode\u2019s customer-facing identity. For Parallel Delivery we look for MSPs whose customer relationship and scope are complementary to ours, not overlapping. For Channel Referral we look for MSPs whose customer base includes prospects a good fit for our services, and who will engage Initrode early enough for deal registration to matter.
If the profile fits, the economics work. If it doesn\u2019t, we will say so. We would rather turn away a partner than take one on that won\u2019t succeed.

AI-Augmented Helpdesk: Sourced Delivery is the primary model. Parallel Delivery and Channel Referral are also available.
AI Training, AI Visibility, AI Implementation, AIOps: Parallel Delivery and Channel Referral are available. Sourced Delivery does not apply (these services do not require scaled external staffing).
Accepted partners receive the full partner program document on signing: contract provisions, economic terms by motion, graduation paths, and deal-registration rules. Partner agreements reflect that document, unchanged.
A short list, because clarity up front beats renegotiation later.
No lifetime or multi-year referral commissions. The industry moved away from this model and so have we.
No commission without deal registration. Ever.
No white-label arrangements where Initrode disappears. Our brand stays visible. White-labeling prevents compounding brand equity.
No exclusivity. You may work with competing firms. We may work with competing MSPs.
No partner-owned customer relationships in Sourced Delivery. If the MSP wants to own the customer, Parallel Delivery is the right motion.
